Return Policy


1. Returns and Exchanges
All products are
premade. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or the product arrives damaged.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. Send an email to (
psychesjewelries@gmail.com) with the following information:

Order number

Description of the issue

Clear photos of the item, packaging, and label

We will review your claim and arrange for a replacement or refund if approved.

3. Wrong Address
If you provide an incorrect or insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be responsible for reshipping costs once the correct address is confirmed.

4. Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to the facility, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

5. Buyer’s Remorse or Size Issues
We do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or size issues. Please check the size descriptions and product description carefully before placing your order.

6. Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work in order to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. EU Consumers
In accordance with EU law, customers in the European Union may be entitled to cancel an order within
14 days of delivery under specific conditions. Please contact us to see if your case qualifies.
